Rules & Regulations

How it works

  • Distributors must promote Phytomed & its products in accordance with the original company manual.
  • The Company must approve in writing any audio & visual material used for publicity other than the original Manual.
  • Distributors may not make any negative remarks about other companies or products.
  • Distributors may not engage in activities that may cause loss to Phytomed or other Phytomed distributors.
  • Distributors must commit to high quality service & follow strict business ethics.

It is agreed that:

  • An Application Form must be filled in accurately.
  • Applicants are 18 years of age or older.
  • Distributors are responsible for all government imposed taxes
  • Distributors are not employees of Phytomed.
  • Distributors should not sell any opposition products while contracted to Phytomed.
  • An Order form needs to be completed when purchasing Phytomed products.
  • All expenses incurred by a distributor while developing their business is for the account of the distributor.
  • All names, trademarks & logos are owned by Phytomed & cannot be used by distributors without written permission from Phytomed.
  • The company will deduct any monies owed to Phytomed from their bonuses.
  • The products will not be sold in any formal retailing environment.
  • That only prices stipulated by the company may be used when selling products.
  • The company has the right to amend the rules & regulations at any time, the distributor must adhere to these amendments.
  • No products will be issued without full payment received by the company.
  • Close of business is the 5th of each month. A month is calculated from the 6th of a month to the 5th of the following month.
  • Bonuses will be paid between the 10th and 15th of each month.
  • Distributors will only qualify for distributor status as stipulated in the Business Plan Status once the PV is achieved.
  • All levels of Distributors must purchase a minimum of R600 (60 PV) monthly, plus have a minimum of 6 direct downlines, plus maintain at least 500 PV monthly in 3 direct downlines in order to maintain their status and receive bonuses, commissions and incentives.
  • Distributors must continue recruiting new distributors and building their downline in order to receive commissions and incentives.

Glossary

Distributor: Any person that individually purchase 180 PV qualifies

Sponsor: Any distributor that introduces one or more distributors to Phytomed.

PV: Points value, each product has a point value in relation to the local currency that is available from the sponsor.

Indirect Bonus: Bonus received on sales from people in your network introduced by one of your distributors and not yourself.

Direct Bonus: Bonus received on sales from peoples you personally introduced to the business

Retail Profit: Is the profit you earn when selling your product at the listed retail price.

Incentives: The reward you receive for reaching a specific target.
